Refund policy
Our products are fragrance items, we can’t accept returns on opened bottles. we do not take back opened oils or used sprays, it’s a hygiene reality and we don't resell used goods. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email info@gleamierlondon.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order confirmation. We’ll review it quickly and make it right. Approved returns must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
