Yes. Do a hard reset: wash the crystals with mild soap + warm water, rinse well, then air dry fully. Avoid hot water and harsh cleaners. This clears any previous scent trace before re-oiling.
How do I clean the vessel?
Microfibre cloth only. Avoid abrasives and harsh cleaners to protect the texture.
Is it pet-safe?
It’s flame-free (no smoke / no open flame), which is generally safer than candles. However, fragrance oils can be strong for sensitive pets. Protocol: keep out of reach; use in a well-ventilated space; stop use if your pet shows any irritation.
